Cambrian Savings & Loans, part of Cambrian Credit Union, has proudly delivered ethical, community-focused financial services across North Wales and Powys for over 25 years by helping members achieve their financial goals through accessible savings and affordable lending.

We are now seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our Board of Directors as Non-Executive Directors. This is a rewarding volunteer opportunity to play a key strategic role within a purpose-driven organisation that supports communities across Wales.

As a Board Member, you will provide strategic oversight, contribute to effective decision-making, and help ensure strong governance and regulatory compliance, while supporting the executive team in shaping the organisation’s future.

We welcome applicants with experience in financial management, strategic planning, or corporate governance, along with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Knowledge of the credit union sector or regulatory frameworks would be advantageous but is not essential.
