Service Changes from 18/01/2021

Due to ongoing restrictions in Tier 4 and their effect we are putting into effect from Monday 18th January 2021 the following changes:

Rhyl Branch will be open for CASH SERVICES ONLY
Tuesday 10am-2pm & Friday 10am – 2pm

Phone lines will be manned:
Monday – Friday 10am – 2pm.

Credit Control Lines will be manned:
Monday – Friday 10am – 2pm.

BACS TRANSFERS will be processed at
10am, 12pm, 2pm & 4pm daily.

Loans will continue to be assessed within 2 working days and Loans will be paid electronically. Staff will contact you to arrange these payments. In exceptional circumstances we will pay in cash by appointment only

For the moment our Caernarfon, Denbigh, Llandudno Junction and Wrexham offices will remain closed.
