Natural Resources Wales becomes Payroll Partner

Natural Resources Wales becomes latest payroll partner to support it's team's financial wellbeing.

Established in 2013 Natural Resources Wales is the largest Welsh Government Sponsored Body - employing 1,900 staff across Wales.

"Following our Wellbeing Health and Safety Committee we identified the need to recognise that external factors impacts significant on our staff health and mental wellbeing and financial Stability.  With this in mind we sought a way to support our team as much as possible, this led us to Money Works Wales".

 "Following constructive discussions with Moneyworks Wales around financial resilience we were introduced to Cambrian credit union, who facilitates the payroll deduction scheme.  Creating a Payroll partnership with Cambrian credit union will enable our employees to consistently save on a regular basis and/or repay affordable loans via deductions that are made directly from their salary".
