Changes to Payment and Transfer Services

Following a review of our processes and services, we have made some changes to help simplify operations and provide a more efficient service.

From Monday 24 August:

• Payments and transfers will be processed during two allocation periods each day:
  • AM Allocation: Approximately 10:30am
  • PM Allocation: Approximately 3:30pm

Examples:

• A payment or transfer request received at 10:00am will be processed in the 10:30am allocation.

• A payment or transfer request received at 12:00pm will be processed in the 3:30pm allocation.

Changes to Lunch Closure Times

• To allow additional time for processing, our lunch closure period will change from:

  • Current: 12:00pm to 12:30pm
  • New: 12:30pm to 1:00pm
