Notifying us of a Member's Death

We know that this is never an easy process to go through, so our priority is to keep things as simple and as straightforward as possible.

To let us know about a credit union member who has passed away, the Next of Kin or beneficiary of the account can  contact us by any one of the following methods:

  1. Calling 0333 2000601, our lines are open Monday – Friday between 10am – 2pm except for Bank Holidays
  2. Email with details of the member who has passed away -  if you include a best phone number to call you on we will call you back.
  3. Attending one of our offices and informing the counter staff about the person who has passed away. Ideally before you travel to an office call or email so we can advise what you will need to bring with you.
